My dine-in lunch experience was very good. The service was cheerful, friendly, and fast. One employee was cleaning the dining area, which was spacious, nice, and clean.

I stopped here at lunchtime because I was in the neighborhood. I use the drive-through and had some concern because of a long line. However they were very fast and did everything right. The cashier even chatted a moment when she saw there were no cars behind me. Then at the food window they had everything ready and did not forget anything. Plus everybody seemed happy and glad to be at work.

Best Junior Bacon Cheeseburger I have ever got at any Wendy’s location. I have come multiple times and the food is always fresh and the staff is friendly.

I Like Wendy’s overall, but I have repeatedly received poor service and mediocre food at this Wendy’s. My latest drive-thru experience took THIRTEEN MINUTES. Not exactly fast food. I waited an extremely long time for the one car in front of me to place their order, then waited an extremely long time for someone to take my order. I wanted biscuits & gravy and a biscuit sandwich, but alas, they were out of biscuits. I ordered something else, pulled up and paid, then had to pull ahead and wait another extremely long time for my food to be brought out to me. At least the person who did eventually take my order was friendly, professional, and understandable. But after several bad experiences at this Wendy’s, I won’t be going there anymore, coupons or not.

As far as fast food hamburgers go Wendy’s is pretty good. The do in my opinion have the best fast food chicken sandwiches and chicken nuggets. Their honey mustard is very good too.
The service is usually pretty good, only once did they really screw up an order and my husband called up there and left a message for the manager. The manager called back the next day apologized for the mix up and refund our money on that particular order. I thought that was pretty amazing. He didn’t need to but he felt bad bad wanted to earn our business back.
Since then we have been back many times and our orders are always correct.
