As Clean As It Gets Detailing

Nice facilities and owner is pleasant but young. When I arranged to have my 2015 GMC pickup completely detailed:
(1) Took several times to get the owner to commit to a date.
(2) Owner could not set a price on the services I wanted — he had a difficult time determining what his time is worth. He couldn’t provide an estimate.
(3) Agreed to drop off my car the day before my scheduled service, but no one was at the business so I didn’t leave my car.
(4) No phone from owner asking if I was still interested in his services.
(5) Called the owner and asked what’s the deal: «baby sitter wasn’t available» so he couldn’t commit to getting it done in the agreed timeframe.
The owner is nice but young — has little business etiquette and regard for other’s time. PS. I agreed to pay $ 500. in cash to get my truck detailed.
