Absolutely Awful! ! My Aunt and I checked it out when it first opened, they sell odds and ends as well as products that seem to have fallen off the back of the truck or, overstock from clearance stores and charge full price! We saw it for what it was and tried to give it the benefit of the doubt…
My Aunt went back and bought valances. After her construction was done her contractor (my husband) had some difficulty installing them, due to the way the windows were situated; she decided to return them. When she went back the owner was rude, and nasty to her saying her contractor must not be very capable being these are very easy to install! He also gave her a hard time being they only have a 14 day return policy and this was 45 days later. He reluctantly and nastily gave her a store credit, which was all she was asking for. I then called him myself to say who are you to bad mouth someones ability when one you don’t know who your talking about and two are not privy to the facts. Your job is customer service and sales, neither in which he does well! He told me he was nice enough to do what he did & hung up on me!
I myself prior to this event went back twice to pick up novelty dish towels for Christmas gifts. While I was making my purchase the owner ringing me up openly commented that he can’t believe people are buying these things. I laughed and said they were cute and he had no comment. The second time he was openly discussing his dislike of household animals and said but it sells so… I will not be returning to this location and frankly could go on about my experiences here for pages but, will leave it at that!
