The food is really great. And the people are pretty cool. Its also clean so expect a good quick meal.

This location is run poorly… Delivery took over an hour… everyone’s meals were cold and needed to be microwaved to get warmed up… My steak was over cooked and dried… My co workers pasta was dry and needed more sauce… Nothing was pleasant about the food at all… Will never order from again… I’m sticking to my Philly location on Grant

The concept is good, but this location is poorly run. The place is dirty, the food is overcooked, and the wait is long.

My fiancé and I have really come to love this little spot for post — workout dinner meals. Mmy favorite meal is the «El Mexicana». Delicious!

This is my first review on Unilocal (anywhere actually) and after getting sick, again, I had to sign on here to post this.
I recently started working in the area and was looking for a place with decent, healthy food. I’ve tried take out twice and eating in once. I’ve gotten two salads and a wrap. All with chicken or steak in them…
Of the three times my stomach started gurgling 15 – 20 minutes after finishing the meal and continued all day. I have no food allergies and I’m not gluten free so outside of this just being coincidence I’m 99% sure it was the food here.
This place has potential but definitely needs a complete remake.
The kitchen comes off as flat out dirty. The floors are nasty and getting sick twice is the end of the line.
Absolutely not worth it.
For what it’s worth — each time I got sick it was after eating a salad.

Food is good but the service is lacking. When I called and placed an order for pickup they said it would be ready in 15 minutes. When I got there 15 minutes later they haven’t even started making it yet. Get it together. My time is valuable and I call ahead so I don’t have to wait for it to be made. That’s the whole point of calling ahead.

I just ordered a chicken Caesar salad for delivery from there for $ 9.29 and it arrived with no chicken. So I basically just spent 10 $ on some salad and some dressing. –_​_​_​–

This place has become a «must visit» when I’m in the area. The chocolate-​peanut butter protein shake is fantastic and low in sugar — much better than those juice bar places. As far as food, I’ve only had the turkey chili, and it was delicious!

Love the food at muscle maker grill but the service at this location was terrible. Took the girl 15 min to make a protein shake. She was on her phone just hanging out and it wasn’t even that packed. Very disappointed because this place had so much potential.

Awful delivery service, I had work at a certain time so we ordered food an hour before I had to go into work, thinking since the location is close to my house it wouldn’t take more than 20 minutes to arrive. The food came an hour and a half later. I obviously went to work and had to have my boyfriend pick up our food from my door step and deliver it to my job. Absolutely ridiculous, save yourself the trouble and eat there or pick it up yourself.

This location sucks! I’ve been to a really good one near Leigh valley PA I don’t know if it’s a franchise thing or what but their service is super slow, lacking customer service. Rude young kids that think there not easily replaceable. This place is suppose to be semi healthy my food tasted like salt was dumped all over it in mounds. Went once and never coming back unless its different. better location

Took 30 min to make a wrap with no one in the place. Not okay. Also my order was wrong.

I’ve been here many times and not once have I been disappointed. Food and great and the meal plan that they have is on point. I’ve called my order in and it’s always ready by the time I get there.
Staff is friendly and they even know me by name now. This is good healthy fast fast. A few dishes take a little longer to make but for the most part your food is ready within 5 minutes. Love this place and keep up the great work.

This is a small, casual place to eat. You order at the counter, find a seat, and someone either calls your name or brings the food out to you. When you leave, you can just leave everything at the table (also, I wasn’t able to find any trash cans).
I stopped by with my mom for lunch on a weekday, and it was fairly busy (especially with pickup and delivery orders). The employees aren’t super friendly, but they’re pleasant enough and fast to greet customers.
I had the European wrap with the vegetable medley (steamed broccoli, cauliflower, carrots) as a side, and my mom got the Holy Guacamole fish wrap with the cucumber salad side (not on the menu, but by the register). Neither of us had high expectations because my mom did not enjoy her Cajun chicken pasta the last time she went (we went because she wanted to show me the «health food place») – the chicken was bland and the pasta was mushy. However, we were pleasantly surprised by the wraps. I especially enjoyed the European wrap – the chicken and vegetables worked well together. Everything was flavorful and yummy. My mom liked her fish wrap, but I thought it tasted mostly of grease (as if the fish were fried), which is odd considering that it’s supposed to be healthy. If it wasn’t that (I don’t know how the fish was cooked), I’m not sure what I tasted. Her cucumber salad had huge chunks of cucumber. I didn’t find it very interesting.
We also ordered the mango squash vegetable drink. I say «drink» because I’m not sure what it was supposed to be – when we got it, it seemed like a half-​melted slushy. It tasted great, though. It was barely sweet, but there was definitely a mango taste. The rest of the vegetables weren’t so obvious, but it definitely wasn’t purely mango, either. I liked it a lot.
Much as I enjoyed my experience here, I don’t know if we’ll be back, especially considering my mom’s previous experience.

For healthier food Muscle Maker is on point. I have been to this location for take-​out several times and they have been consistent. So far, so good.

I’ve ordered quite a few times from this place. The godfather is absolutely phenomenal. Delivery time was a little long, however, it was worth the wat. The gentleman who delivered my food was actually the owner. He shook my hand, introduced himself and asked me how everything has been with my previous orders. This is extremely professional and it made me want to continue to give them my business.

I’ve eaten here a couple times to try it out. The positives, the staff is friendly. The negatives, the food. The wrap was bland and over cooked. I felt like I was chewing sandpaper.
My friend ordered a salad (entrée) and it came out looking like a side salad.
We actually left there and I had to take him to another restaurant to get dinner.
I am all for eating healthy, however there also needs to be flavor to the food too.

I usually don’t write harsh reviews… but this place deserves one! I eat very healthy. Organic, not a lot of sweets, no soda except for the occasional Blue Sky. So I was up for trying this place out. First let me say this; when a restaurant that is supposed to be promoting «muscle» hires staff it may be a good thing to have employees that fit the bill. The owner is a chubby short man with NO muscle tone. The employees look like your run of the mill burger hut counter help.
The chicken I ordered was overcooked tasteless and tough. The «baked» potato was microwaved. My wife’s salad was warm and old and the chicken on it was dry and overcooked. The sweet potato fries were old and I believe rewarmed in a microwave.
Horrible horrible horrible!!!
Not a person in this place has clue of how to cook nor do they have any muscle! If it wasn’t for the planet fitness lemmings next door this place would be out of business already.

I was so excited when this place opened. I tried to order delivery opening weekend and was rudely declined 30 min before closing. Was excited about healthy delivery but a new place turning away customers turned me off immediately. Skipped it.

Sick of ordering fast food… this place wins my vote.
Healthy delivery. Food tastes great, can’t beat the combination.
Will absolutely be a repeat customer.
