Terrible customer service not punctual accept no responsibility car smells of smoke kept getting different stories from different people and would take no ownership in solving problems

I’m new in the area and I think another Goodyear messed up something on my vehicle when they were doing an alignment. Called this location and the service department was very helpful. They suggested I go to another location that is corporate owned, since the work is probably covered under a warranty.
Great service, although I didn’t get my car repaired there. Thanks for the help.

Matt, Mike and Don are the best; the guys at the desk. Always willing to take the time to answer any questions. Very articulate in what the job entails. And the Service Techs, awesome as well!! I’ve been coming here since 2008… there was only one other time I took my 99 Firebird elsewhere n that was due to the alternator indicator fluctuating.(diagnostic came out normal, however it never did that before). I took said car to Firestone for a complete exhaust system. They said it would take a few hrs. Instead they had it over night.eh. Loyal to the guys here at Boyd’s Goodyear. Fantastic, fast service!!!
