This is a really nice and clean and modern Arby’s very friendly staff and great service — they were not very busy at all. Food quality was great also

Food was fresh and hot. Ordered curly fries and jalapeño poppers. They taste better Pizza Hut’s jalapeño poppers. I’d come back.

I’ve eaten at this drive thru few times, but tonight was the worst even for fast food expectations. Slow service through drive through partially due to the car in front of me. They were having a personal social conversation for 10 mins and I know they were not caring at all. Driver kept looking at their side mirrors to see the 5 car pile up behind me at 9:30pm! Ordered chicken tenders and curly fries with orange shake. Shakes good. But the food was warm at best, but not piping hot. The new sauce with my tenders was smashed like it was the last sauce packet they had that was abused. It was completely crushed to the point that the cracks forms holes. I could slightly squeeze the packet and it oozed sauce. I had to pitch it in the trash. It speaks volumes to the lack of care for customers and sanitation.
Instead I used a honey mustard packet I had from a Wendy’s visit! They did not even provide me napkins with my order. At least McDonald’s provides napkins. I expected more from Arbys. I might have to reconsider this location and go elsewhere when I’m craving a snack.

I ate here today and it was awful! I got a medium roast beef and a medium chocolate shake and my roast beef had uncooked pink spots and when I squeezed it it secreted blood like liquid and I feel nauseous. The chocolate shake was fine, but it was obvious they didn’t care to mix in the chocolate properly when I got a big mouthful of vanilla and all the syrup was on the top. My husband got a fish sandwich with cheese. The fish was warm, and the cheese they put on was not only unmelted but looked old. AVOID THIS LOCATION, THE OTHERS ARE SO MUCH BETTER!

Normally At Arby’s If You Have A Coupon That They Will Let You Keep It And Reuse It About 3 – 4 Times But This Place Wouldn’t Made Me A Little Upset Because I Dont Ever Go To Arby’s Unless I Have A Coupon Because The Prices Are Way Too High! There Was A Guy That Was Very Rude! Didn’t Give Me My Sauce Or The Right Food!
Didn’t Enjoy My Time Spent Here And Didn’t Go Back!

I frequent this location often and I must say the staff are usually nice and the service is quick.
