Worst customer service experience ever. First of all my order got «stuck» in their system and I had to call (and get attitude) from the girl on the phone to see where it was. Then I get the slide and the hose connector doesn’t work, I call them immediately, get told to call Intex, call Intex, get told to call Fox again. Call them again, get attitude again. Then get told sorry, I opened the package? really? so it was messed up and because I opened it its my issue? never using them again, a waste of $$ and a waste of a day trying to get help.
