Made a phone order for delivery, the guy I talked to was really helpful and attentive. It was my first time ordering food from here so I had no idea what to get. The guy told me the kind of subs they had and I ended up getting the lulu which had turkey breast, bacon, hot peppers, cucumbers and cheese. I got it with a lettuce bun rather than the bread and It was really good plus it was delivered to me in less than 10 mins so their commercial is spot on when they say they are fast.

These guys make a great product and with excellent friendly customer service. Very fast and fresh delivery too. No better sandwich place in town.

I was definitely in range. I could even hear the staff discuss how they didnt want to deliver to where I was. After they told me they couldn’t deliver I asked, «really?» I inquired using simply a curious tone and was replied with «ok *click*.» Just hung up on without an apology or alternative. Thanks for the customer support.

Its hit or miss with this location. The food is always great but half the time when we order food for delivery they forget things (straw, napkins, ice in your tea) etc. It would be an easy fix if the driver just checked the order to make sure they had everything.

Have had better Jimmy Johns before. This one is nothing special. The totally tuna I received was actually a tuna club. The cash register person seems to be over confident I would not realize.

Every Sunday in college i would have a #12 on Wheat. The quality of the sandwiches here on par and always great!
The #12 is a beach club. It is a turkey sandwhich with fresh guacamole and alfalfa sproutsThe wheat bread is very tasty and fresh!
I work in lewisville so this is a great quick low cost solution! It’s way better than and Subway, quiznos! This particular joint is a bit smaller and hard to find sometimes.
I don’t usually like chain sandwich joints however Jimmy Johns is an exception.
The other reviewers are a bit harsh; they have the wrong expectations.

Thought we’d stop here and give it a try. I had the tuna club and wife had the country club. Neither one of us were very impressed. The sandwhiches were just meh. The service was less than meh. Does this place offer choices in bread? Wheat would be nice. Guess it was my fault for not asking. I guess I’m spoiled by all the choices Firehouse and Subway offer. Plus their employees walk you through the ordering process. Jimmy John’s is mediocre at best.

I love this place ! This is what I call a sandwich. It reminds me of Thundercloud subs in Austin. I like the roast beef sub. There are 2 locations in Lewisville, one on Round Grove, and one on Main. It isn’t cheap, but it’s good.
