I ordered a bouquet for Mother’s day and had total trust in Mickey’s to deliver an incredible bouquet. I live in LA now (I grew up in Lewisville where Mickey’s was my go to place for high school prom and special events) and called to send my mom flowers. They were so helpful on the phone and worked with me to create an awesome bouquet. My mom was so pleased with the bouquet and raved about them! This is a fantastic florist! And, I always get a more beautiful and noteworthy bouquet than any online service could offer. Thx Mickeys for being so awesome and consistent throughout the years!

I found this florist on Unilocal and it was my lucky day! It was 3:30 on a Friday afternoon and I was hoping to get a plant and flowers delivered that day. They accommodated me with a can-​do attitude and even followed up to let me know that they were able to get the delivery done. The recipient called to tell me how beautiful the plant and flowers were, along with how professional and friendly the driver was. Thank you to all of the previous Unilocalers who gave the reviews. If you are reading this and need a florist – call Mickey’s. I bet you will be as pleased as I am.

We ordered flowers via their website but we weren’t happy when they arrived… felt like it didn’t match the picture. I called them and they were most gracious. Without question or hesitation, they replaced the flowers and even gave us an extra balloon for the bouquet. I am thrilled with their service, customer service and integrity and will definitely use them again. Also, compared to the Florists in Flower Mound, their prices are much better for the same arrangements. Thank you Mickeys!

I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentines day. I have ordered from Mickeys many times before and never had a problem. I understand that they were busy, so I tried to take that into consideration. 11 am came, no flowers. I called, they said all of the deliveries had gone out at 8. My wife and I stepped out for lunch, returned at 2 pm, still no flowers or note from them. I called them on the phone and they explained that they won’t leave flowers on the doorstep when there’s nobody home. They left them with a neighbor across the street who I don’t even know! I would have had no problem with this except they left me no notification whatsoever! No note, no call! I asked if there was anything on the website explaining that they won’t leave flowers unless you’re home! I’d be ok with it if they had called me, but they didn’t! I explained I had been a customer for a very long time. This didn’t matter to the owner! No apology, nothing! DO NOT PUT UP WITH BAD OWNERS! The customer is your livelihood, if you don’t bend over backwards for them, they will go elsewhere! Very dissapointed! I will never order flowers from them again!

Flowers are great. Delivery service isn’t very good tho. Used them twice, both times they delivered a day late or early.

Great to work with and beautiful arrangements! The flower where so fresh and lasted a 2 weeks, we will be using them again.
