Yuck. Do not go here.
It started off with us walking in and breaking up a conversation the employees were having with some random guy (not a customer) at the front counter. The guy had said something in Spanish and then all the employees glared at us and started giggling. I don’t know what was said but it was obviously directed towards us. He walked away from the counter and I proceeded to order my food.
We ate there. The food was good but as I was sitting down I noticed none of the employees were wearing gloves nor hair nets. One of them was on her cell phone and one was drinking from a cup behind the counter. I hope I don’t get sick later today… We were wanting to go to Chipotle but they were closed (new years day).
Avoid this Popeyes at all cost. RUDE and DISGUSTING employees work here.

I never feel welcome here. No greeting at all. The staff is very unfriendly, I have tried this place but NO longer, my order is always messed up, the biscuits are hard, things missing from the order when I get home. I think they do this on purpose.
I only go here because my son likes the red beans & rice.
I’ll buy it then go to another place for chicken, or drive a little farther to another Popeye’s
I have had other people tell me they feel the same way about this Popeye’s
I was told to post on Google also about the bad service.

The guy at the counter just did not care at all. About anything.
When the food came out I was dismayed to see how little food I got for the money. It was fairly good, for what it is, but Kane’s has better food, better service, and doesn’t feel like a rip off.
In my fast food preference Popeye’s is near the bottom, just above Long John Silver’s. I will not be back. Ever.

I was terrified to eat here, but we were starving and craving fried chicken. This place was obviously re-​purposed for Popeye’s. You can tell it was some older fast food place back in the day. The folks were friendly and I got the handcrafted chicken tenders. They were delish.
The side of Lewisville is very outdated and old.
