Very unhappy for multiple reasons. Had my car towed to this shop because it was close and had four stars. WORST mistake I could have made. If I could give zero stars, I would! David told me when he got the car that he would get into it the following day and give me a call back by a certain time. He gave me the run around for DAYS as to why my car hadn’t been worked on yet. He then quoted me a price of around $ 500 but when he finally got around to working on it(which was several days after he said it would be diagnosed) was told the cost was $ 1200. That’s WAY more than the original quote. I couldn’t afford to pay this much so I asked to have it towed back. To release my vehicle, I had to pay $ 400! This is insane to me since all that was done was a diagnosis and not to mention, much of the labor had been done prior to it being towed to the shop. So what the heck was the $ 400 for?! Not for towing surely. I never got a definite answer of this. After getting the vehicle back home, I tried to get into the vehicle to get some things out. THEDOORSWOULDNTOPEN. All four of them. Mind you, they were completely unlocked and fully functional upon arrival at The Transmission Shop. I inquired about the doors and was told that«they weren’t liable for that.» I then had another mechanic take a look at it and had them begin repairing it. They realized that there were several nuts and bolts missing that were essential to fixing the vehicle. When called and asked where these bolts were, I was again given the run around as to where they were. «Try looking in a box we left in the vehicle.» Yeh well, I would like to do that but MYDOORSDONTOPENANYMORE. So I had to have another person come«break into» my car and completely repair the doors to gain access. Guess what? The nuts and bolts WERENT in the box. I called again and request they give me these parts since they seemed to have lost them. I went back up to the shop and was given 6 nuts and told it would be plenty for the issue. I argued that the mechanic said he needed 8 for the repairs but was assured that six would suffice. Well wouldn’t you know, they were WRONG yet again. The mechanic tried to use the six but was definitely sure he needed eight. We went up there a third time and was told they didn’t have those parts and we would have to buy them ourselves yet ALL the parts that were missing were personally placed inside the vehicle upon arrival to the shop. They had been LOST by The Transmission Shop and then told we needed to purchase new ones after I had already paid them $ 400 to BREAK my doors and lose parts that the vehicle already had! This was outrageous to me! I wouldn’t recommend using this place to dump your trash much less let them work on your vehicle! But if you like rude service, the run around, taking several days to break your car and lose all the parts it already contained so that you have to go buy all the parts again then this is the place for you! But if you want someone that can fix your car for a decent price in a completely decent amount of time with quality work, call Muddy Road Performance. They’ll give you quality work! Thanks to them o have a car that runs AND all my doors open again! Thanks MRP!

Seem to do good work grease on the door and floor. Took a week longer than planed. Didn’t have in stock and not enough lifts in the shop. More work then works.
