DO NOT GO INSIDE THIS ARBYS!!! I went in last night at around 8:15 or so and I swear on my life it smelt as if someone had hid eggs a few months ago and nobody found them. It smelt straight like rotten eggs. Besides the smell they ran out of roast beef. The lady who took my order was really really nice and did give me a refund for my wives sandwich plus made it with the Angus beef instead but my wife said it wasn’t any good and gave it to our dog. The lady also gave me free hushpuppies and made my fries large instead of small so she did make up for not having beef but the store was so dirty it made me not even want to eat the food. I would usually give it 1 star but because the lady tried her best to make up for everything I gave it two.

I came on a day that wasn’t busy. I was promptly waited on and the food was just as good as most Arby’s.

This is the worst Arbys in Lexington, the place can be devoid of customers and you still have to wait ridiculous amounts of time for your food or for someone to take your order. Once you get your order you will be left wondering why this place is still open.

This location had the sweetest manager, Becky, ever! Becky works the drive thru during the lunch rush, and is always a delight. Beef and cheddars are my weakness and they always seem to make them just right.
