My wife and I went here to get me a new phone and to start a new account. After spending over a hour waiting around to be helped a guy comes and helps us. He was super nice and showed us a bunch of phones and plans and was just really helpful. So I thought. I pick out my phone and plan and go to pay and after he pushed and pushed for me to get the iPhone he tells me they don’t have any in stock. He said I could wait for up to 7 days for them to order one or I could run down to hamburg and get it there. By this time I’d been here close to 2 and a ½ hours and was ready to go so I said I’ll run and grab it. So I did. I went and got the phone and loved it. So the first month goes by and I get my bill in the mail. Mind you I paid cash for the phone and didn’t do the payment plan and pay 3000 dollars for a 400 dollar phone. I look at my bill and it was close to $ 200 dollars. I call customer service and they tell me that the plan he gave me was a FAMILYPLAN for up to 4 phones. Mind you I am the only phone/person on the account. So I make them change my plan and they give me a single phone plan with 2g of data. I didn’t bitch I just paid the bill and went on with it. The next month I get my bill and it was close to $ 500 freaking dollars. They told me I went over my data by multiple gb… i have wifi at my house and my store so i didnt really understand how that was possible. They didn’t even offer to try and help me figure out what was going on they just basically said screw you pay me! I refused to pay the bill so they cut my phone off and I have been fighting with them over this since. They have turned the bill over on my credit and everything. I even have had to get a lawyer and pay him another 1000 dollars to help me with this. All because the guy wanted to make more in commission and give me a family plan I’m having to go thru all of this. So please pay attention and don’t trust them to do what they say!!!
