I was extremely disappointed with the customer service here. While I understand that some things had happened in the owner’s personal life, never once in the month my machine was there was I called to know what was going on, even though he claimed he had called me to tell me. Finally, several weeks after my machine had been there, I called to see what the issue was, and was told it needed parts. Now knowing that replacement parts might have been needed, I told the woman on the phone that I had a spare machine I had originally purchased for parts, and just needed to know if he wanted me to bring that in. I never heard anything back from it. Finally, a week later I take my spare machine in with me to see what happened/if it needed the parts, etc. I was then told that if I knew it had originally needed parts I should have brought in my parts machine(I didn’t, I even stated on the ticket the issue and thought it just needed a tune up), and instead of leaving with a fixed machine, I was given back my broken one. Rather than even trying to address the problem, I was given the run around. While I have the utmost sympathy for what happened in his life, a month of no contact was inexcusable. I likely would have been less bothered by the situation if I was even informed of why there was a delay or if my messages questioning if I needed to find parts on my own was passed on, but I can’t in good conscience say that this is a repair place to trust your machine with.
