Brandenburg’s Auto Repair & Towing

BEWARE!!!
Took my car to brandenburg auto… Pulled up right out front of the office to see if they would have time to look at my car and see what was going on– Before I could even get out of my car, Mr. Brandenburg came running out, telling me I HAD to move my car because thats EXACTLY where his wife parked her car and I needed to move… Immediately. This should have been «my sign» to leave right then! But I moved my car two feet to the left and proceed to get an estiamte and a look over!
They agreed to give me a call & give me an estiamte then Little Brandenburg drove me to my office, down the street a block or two. An hour and twenty minutes later I get a call stating my car was READY and repaired. I NEVER RECIEVED AN ESTIMATE OR A CALL TO KNOW WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE CAR IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! Brandenburg said they had fixed the car and I could pay $ 260+ and I was good to go.
URGGG!!! How frusterating… didnt authorize them to fix my car & I HAD to to pay them? A few weeks later come to find out they hadn’t repaired what they said they had and screwed up on another!!! I am currently pending a claim with the accredited company.

After 5 months of deliberating with the Better Business Bureau & Brandenburg Auto Repair about my complaint, we finally came to an aggrement through mediation and the help of Brandenburgs Lawyer.
