Terrible service. I had liquid damage to my laptop and even though I had done everything I could on my end to dry it out (turned it over, kept it turned off, brought it to the shop as soon as possible), they had no idea how to deal with it but neglected to inform me of that. They kept it at the store for two days without working on it or trying to dry it out or clean it, by which time the logic board had corrosion damage. They also tried to turn it on without first cleaning it, which I am sure made the damage worse– laptops shut off automatically when they sense a spill and turning them back on is the worst thing you can do without cleaning and drying them first.
They then charged me a $ 35 fee to tell me that the laptop «wouldn’t start». Well, obviously not.
Stay away.
