Really good local bike shop. Bill knows his stuff. I can do most maintenance on my own, but come to CrankWorks for parts or speciality work. I was looking for a cheap tire to use on my trainer and they had just the thing. I also needed a small space for a Shimano rear cassette. I stopped by and he had one in his tool box. I also had a creaky bottom bracket when under load so I took into Bill for a diagnosis. He suggested a new bottom bracket(I hadn’t had mine serviced since I bought it). It took a few weeks to get parts from a specific vendor but once it came in, Bill was able to make the repair while I watched and the creak is gone. I highly recommend CrankWorks, especially for their parts and service.

A great local shop right on Southland. I stopped by briefly to see what all the hubbub was about during this summer’s Southland Street Fair. They had a decent selection of bicycles(Hudsons, Niners, etc) and accessories(a ton of helmets!) and extremely friendly staff. As my wife and I walked around, we were asked if we needed help multiple times, even though the store was packed with foot traffic. While I’m quite partial to Pedal Power, I would be quite tempted to go here just for the fact that it’s way closer to me and easier to get to. Also, bonus points go to CrankWorks for helping to sponsor and promote several mountain biking events in the area, most recently up at Coldstream. They helped my wife gain a taste for MTB competition. Seriously, thanks guys. Thanks a lot. Also, there is a guy there known as Chewie. Yeah…

A solid bike shop with experienced staff. A very helpful group in a shop that sells everything a cyclist needs. A respected shop & you can tell by the clientele loyalty. When out on the road or trails many cyclists show support by wearing the Crankworks kit…
