Dunkin’ Donuts

The service is HORRIBLE. I have been there twice and the drive thru has at least a 10 minute wait each time. I get to the window and find out they are out of croissants and it will take 6 minutes to fix. I am offered a bagel instead and accept the substitution. It takes 7 minutes to get the BAGEL!!! I will not return to this location or any location. Krispy Kreme gets my business from now on.

Had to repeat order a few times in drive thru. Order was wrong when I got up to the window. All I ordered was a black coffee and two donuts. The cashier said they were out of the one donut and he would give me a sprinkle donut. No I do not want a sprinkle donut. I was dumbfounded that this kid was telling me what to eat. The manger did give me the donut I asked for and the sprinkle one for free. I felt bad for the manager it looked like he was running around doing everyone else’s job.

I went there a couple of Fridays a go at 7;00 a.m. I just got coffee, but the guy in front of me ordered 2 dozen doughnuts which nearly emptied the trays. What doughnut business nearly runs out of doughnuts at 7;00 in the morning? This past Sunday I went by just before 9;00 a.m. to get coffee and a couple of doughnuts and the drive thru was the only thing open. Several people went to the door to go in and read a sign saying «opening at 12;00». They got back in their cars and drove away.
The only positive is the coffee, which is always good. But as anybody that knows business can see this store is in the death spiral –it won’t be around long.

I stopped in on my way to a morning meeting for a dozen. I was running early so I also ordered a donut and a coffee to kill time. My coffee was OK but my donut was dry and tasteless.
There were two people working, one was friendly but the other looked like he was annoyed that I had disturbed his morning by ordering donuts.
The last time I bought a dozen at a Dunkin’ (admittedly a long time ago), the donuts were packaged vertically in a box that was easy to carry. Now, they’re packed in a large, single layer flat pack. I assume that’s to protect the iced donuts but the box is horrible. If you don’t support the bottom of the box it splits at the sides. That’s, um, interesting when you’re already carrying something else.
So… some of the staff here are unfriendly, the product is inferior, and the donut box is a disaster waiting to happen. So… next time I’ll go out of my way and stop at North Lime Coffee & Donuts for great donuts served with a smile.

Usually this location pleases me yet the last few visits have been horrendous. I ordered iced green tea yesterday and was told they’d run out. Today I tried again and was told it had been discontinued. Order always has to be repeated at least three times even though it is spoken slowly and clearly, which I assume is due to the loud chit chat going on — including the employee taking the order. Each item ordered, after repeated, gets a «wait a second». I am almost always patient when it comes to food service jobs but this is unacceptable, particularly so because it is recurrent.

Definitely my favorite quick fix in the morning! I like it so much more than Starbucks and it’s less expensive.

Always fast service and the coffee is consistent which is awesome! No complaints from this northern DD junkie!

Came to get donuts around 2 pm midday. Walked in the door and saw no employees. Said «Excuse me», still no employees. Left and went to Krispy Kreme.

I’ve never had anything but a great experience at this location. I stop here a lot of mornings for coffee and breakfast. They are eager to help and to tell you what you need to know to make your order correct.

While I was trying to enjoy my coffee, an employee was yelling at his girlfriend on the phone regarding sex and their illegitimate child. Absolutely unbelievable. And manager did nothing.
