I am very grateful that my parents instilled a love for oral hygiene and health at a young age. Confession: I love going to the dentist :) Nice, strong, healthy teeth are becoming more and more rare.
Upon receiving a referral from a coworker for a dentist, I promptly made an appointment after hearing her great experience with Dr. Higgins.
The office had a boutique feel to it: modern and chic. The staff, especially the receptionist, were attentive and dedicated to getting patients in quickly.
Since I was a new patient, I feared the paperwork/​intake process would be treacherous territory. I was pleasantly surprised that the office had all my information set up and I simply only had to sign a few forms.
After a brief wait, I was called back to begin my appointment. The dental hygienist, Rita, was an angel! Very personable and dedicated to answer any questions I had during my cleaning, polishing, and X-​Rays.
To conclude my visit, Dr. Higgins spent time with me on how we can continue to enhance my smile. I felt very comfortable talking to her because I could tell she cared about me as a person, not another billable expense for insurance. I respect her efforts to empower her patients with worthwhile knowledge that applies to their specific needs.
Per her recommendation, I started using the Sonicare Diamond Plus electric toothbrush. I love the results I have received from using the product. It literally feels like a dental visit in your mouth twice a day! :)
I look forward to visiting Dr. Higgins office twice a year. The care, customer service, and dedication to excellence are strong reasons why I highly recommend and endorse Dr. Gina Johnson Higgins.
