Just recently bought a 2012 Toyota Venza from Glenn’s. They were great! They were willing to negotiate and we walked away feeling like we got a great deal. We love our car! Plus we get lifetime car washes.

I brought in a 2011 Yukon Denali with 70,000 miles that I purchased new at Glenn. It was powering down on a Stabil-​trak needs servicing code. Corey was very accommodating and knowledgeable; and had it fixed and back on the road within a few hours. He also took care of another Service Bulletin issue that I was not aware of. Both repairs were covered by warranty.

My 2011 GMC Terrain decided to break down on us. We had it towed to the closest dealership, which was Glenn GMC. Jeff the service tech was attentive, friendly and explained everything that was going on throughout the process.
My warranty covered everything. They put us in a loaner car and when I mentioned how many in my family they lady found me another Terrain to drive.
I was pleasantly surprised by their service and very happy I had warranty remaining.

Our sales associate Donovan was great! He went out of his way to answer every question and make sure every detail was taken care of. I would definitely recommend him.
Less than thrilled by the financing portion of the sale –attempts to confuse cost of additional warranties in financing and time wasted haggling over interest rate — would have been happier if that process was more upfront.
