I have been a patient for at least a year. The biggest problem I see is their unwillingness to work with people who have no insurance. The office visit cost $ 80 and I had $ 60. I needed my blood pressure medicines refilled and didn’t have enough money to pay the office visit in full. Needless to say, it was weeks before I was able to get my medicine as their policy won’t allow for partial payments.

My husband just switched to Dr. Jordan at High Rock after having a bad experience with his previous doctor. I’m in the process of switching to her as well and would recommend her to all my friends and family.
