Probably the worst customer service that I’ve ever experienced. I purchased on order online that was supposed to have arrived at the store three days ago, but nobody knows where it is. I was promised a call back today, but it never came. I called tonight and the operator sent me to the wrong person — one hung up on me. Keep in mind, I was pleasant the entire time, but these people were so rude. I will never order from JCP again. Long gone are their days of quality service.

Located in the Fayette Mall, this place reminds me of the old Sears. They have Sephora, which is odd considering that there is a Sephora store already in the mall. They have shoe department that I always forget about when I’m in the market for shoes… which is rarely. I’ve only shopped at JCP for clothing. No, it’s not Macy’s, but the prices are low and I can usually find at least one thing when I stop in. The employees are never friendly, and the last time that I was in the fitting room, just to break the tension, I attempted to strike up a friendly conversation with the chick that attempted to walk in on me. She completely ignored me. I use to receive text deals, but they randomly stopped. So I attempted to sign up for them again, the last time that I was there, but I’ve yet to get a text.

Went on a Wednesday at 4 pm. A ghost town is more lively than this place. I was in the store for about 15 minutes and saw maybe a single employee the whole time, waiting on people at Customer service while an extra customer demanded help in a different department. Yeah, sounds about right. Also, the entrance smells like feet. Never something that makes me want to keep walking into a store.

Manager is really great. Personally helped me with an exchange.
