Lexington Construction LLC had a verbal agreement that pretans to the windows in question. Mrs. Griffith contacted me for the work she wanted done to her residence. Mrs. Griffith wanted windows removed and replaced. She decided on Pela windows. There was an understanding between she and I. Before parting ways I was adamant about placing the order for the windows. There is no refunds on the windows. She had no hesitation she wanted the windows. The day of payment no one called to cancel no one called to ask for a refund. That following week I got a call from the daughter of the Griffith’s she had apparently convinced her mother it was to much money for windows. My office manager spoke with the family and explained, again there isn’t any refunds once the windows. The daughter was in the background interrupting the conversation between Mrs. Griffith and my staff member. And, I assure to whom ever it my concern there was never any insults or threats. This is my business how I live. Furthermore, there is a crew scheduled to install the windows the spring of 2015 awaiting the exact date by Mrs. Griffith. That was our last conversation. The complaint is exaggerated. Myself and staff will testify to the matter. We wish to resolve this as soon as possible and look forward to installing windows two weeks in advance of the date specified by Mrs. Griffith There is no refunds on windows.
