I came here to get a message for the first time back in 2013 and I went to a student. It was my first professional message so I didn’t have anything to compare it to but I thought she did an excellent job and I left feeling very relaxed and well taken care of. My second time I went to a graduate(costs a little more) because no students were available and I’ve gotta say that I will not go back to a student. The graduate did a fantastic job and I will definitely be coming back more frequently.

Don’t miss Slow-Flow Yoga on Monday nights! I dropped in while visiting from California and I had a great time. Jenny is a wonderful teacher and I picked up a great vibe from the other students. Awesome!

Wow. I might actually be able to fulfill my lifelong dream of getting massages regularly! $ 30 for an hour massage = best deal ever. The $ 30 massages are done by students, but I could not tell much of a difference in the skill level from the student who worked with me on my first visit in comparison to other people with more experience. I actually felt the tension in my back muscles release through heat. Really cool sensation and my back has felt wonderful ever since. Definitely go check this place out. You walk into the room and it’s more like a doctor or dentist’s office. I get the implication they want to convey the message that getting a massage should be a regular occurrence, just like other medical check ups. With an affordable pricing structure, I’m on board!

Great place! Staff is excellent, I went in for 60 minute student massage and felt no difference between that and a professional at some high end massage place. I’m sure it’s hit or miss but for 30 bucks you really cant go wrong. Check it out.

Forget about«spas» — if you want a great massage in Lexington, this is the place to go, in fact I’ve been going every month. Very high standards, and it’s a nice place — relaxing but not frou-frou like the salons are. I get the professional level therapist, but they also offer student rates if you’re on the budget. Plus they have evening hours and both Saturday & Sunday.
