Ordered a happy meal, milkshake, cheeseburger and 2 sundaes. Waited for almost 10 minutes for the happy meal and was told the rest of our food would be brought to our table. 10 minutes later I got my fries. Still no shake or sundaes. 10 minutes after I went back to the counter and asked about the rest of our order(the receipt for which was still laying on the counter in front of them) and they had no clue they still owed us anything. 5 mins and I get the shake Another 5 mins and the sundaes finally show up. The drive though had maybe 3 cars pull through during our entire visit and there were only 4 other people inside the entire time. Pitifully disorganized. The food was barely luke warm even after the wait. We will not be returning.

This McDonalds seemed very unorganized and the managers on duty didn’t seem to get very involved. I got my food pretty quickly, and it was kind of fresh. The man who ordered 2 people before me only ordered 2 cheeseburgers and he waited 15 minutes.

I stopped at this McDonalds drive through on 12÷17÷14 and ordered a plain non fat Latte and an egg white delight mcmuffin. I was traveling through the area for work and was on the road before I opened my bag(big mistake). What I got was a regular egg mcmuffin — very different from what I ordered. The coffee tasted like just coffee rather than a latte but who can tell. I had a hard time conveying my order because when I said I wanted a plain latte they asked me what flavor. I said no flavor. When I got to the window I was asked if I wanted liquid sugar in it. No, a plain latte. The most aggrevating part was that my intent was to complain just to McDonalds themselves rather than on Unilocal but after completely filling in the complaint sections on the McDonalds site, it would not accept my entries, no matter what I did. Amazing. So, McDonalds — you could have gotten this feedback internally but you make even that difficult. The crazy part is that I went back to a different McDonalds this morning… and will post about that on another posting to that location.
