So I go over to Lexington for my annual drunkfest with my my friend from Florida, Julie-Baby.We tried to go to one of the places we went last year but $ 5 to get in this year or if we wanted food a 2 hour wait?! We went across and down the street and saw a cool building. The door-«person» was about 6’2″ and sported a bee-hive.Inside, there were a couple more similarly dressed types but the place had a nice, cool, laid back vibe. Julie and Leslie had to use the facilities so I got to order the drinks. The bartender was fast and friendly, despite we not being the other’s type. As we drank our drinks and plotted our strategy I noticed a groovy looking white couch and told the ladies I must sit in that couch! My eyes did not deceive me. It was über-comfortable and the arms were the perfect height to hold your drink. We sat and talked and laughed and checked out the scene. I dig this place. Reasonably priced drinks and reasonable people, along with a drag show on saturdays.
