I had an issue with reed’s that was resolved and now I will be a customer for life! In this day as a consumer we have so many options where to shop, and customer service is the difference today, not all companies seem to care about their customers but after my experience with Reed’s I can say that they do truly care about their customers.

Great Customer service. I made a purchase at Reeds Jewelers in the Fayette Mall which I unfortunately needed to return. On top of that, I had not read the receipt and failed to notice that the store had a 10 day refund policy and that more than 10 days had passed since my purchase. I was responsible for not reading the receipt and Reeds had the right to deny my return. I spoke to the Assistant Manger of the store, Teresa Hatton, who had also helped me make the purchase, and despite being within her right to deny the return, she accepted the return and gave me a full refund. Reeds Jewelers will be my first choice for all my jewelry purchases as long as Teresa Hatton is employed with the company.
