Second Sir Pizza to fail tonight. Multiple people got their order before I did after I called my order in advance. You see me waiting, yet you don’t ask what I ordered or anything? My order has been sitting for half an hour until I asked where my order was. Seriously guys. I know It’s the holiday, but you are at work… getting paid. Just handle your business better. Take care of your customers.

Sir Pizza, now officially known in my household as shit pizza. You know, those times when it’s so bad that it leaves you speechless? Yeah, that was my experience. So I’ll keep this one short.
We called and ordered and my daughter picked it up. She said that the guy at the pickup counter was quite rude. I can’t elaborate on that though because the pickup wasn’t my personal experience. But what I did experience was the horrible pizza. So why did I still rate it a two? Because I ate parts of it and it was edible. We ordered a BBQ chicken mushroom pizza. They must’ve been short on chicken, but not the canned mushrooms. They were so gross, that I picked them off. If you know me, you know that I don’t waste food, so it had to be bad.

Called the Sir Pizza on South Broadway in Lexington Ky. at 2:06 am and told me there would be no more deliveries tonight as stated on the Sir Pizza website the business is open till 4 am the person who answered the phone didn’t seem to know his name and finally answered as his name «Miles» after being confused of the question of «What’s your name?» In return a a order was never placed or delivered and the phone call was placed twice. Very disappointed by this excuse of poor service for the apparent reason of his driver apparently being quoted «snowed in «In 80’s degrees weather. As i can see from other reviews reviews this place hasn’t seem to do very well in the Customer satisfaction department Let me know when this company begins delivering again.

Since most of the low reviews for this chain seemed to be based on customer service while maintaining the food was good, we decided to give this place a shot. We found a coupon for a 16″ for the price of a 14″ and ordered the Royal Feast for pick-​up.
The total for the pizza was about $ 21, which seemed pretty steep for a large (remember, we got the extra large) but is on par with some of the other nice pizzerias in our area, so I was very hopeful this would turn out well.
First off, it’s square cut; I’ve had very few square cuts that I raved about but again was reserving judgment. Once I finally tried it, the pizza was mediocre at best. The toppings were pretty bland– supposedly there’s pepperoni on here, but I’ll be damned if I can find it. The sauce is fine. Everything about this pizza is just… fine. Nothing good or great about it, and if I want mediocre pizza, I’ll get something significantly cheaper from a national chain instead of spending $ 20+ on this.

So… got this delivered so I can’t speak for the location. But it’s awesome as always!!! I love Sir and think it’s the best pizza!
