Worst pizza in town. 2 hours late!!! Also Burt pizza and they would not refund my money.

Really awkward experience. Listened to what I’m guessing was the manager or owner yell at his 2 employees and cuss at them while I waited for my pick up order that was supposed to already be ready. Also the place was filthy and smoky. Won’t be back.

Called this place around 1:30 PM, placed a very simple order which was a small pizza for carry out, direct off the menu, no special order or any weird combos. I was less than confident after my initial contact with the guy on the other end but was sure things would turn out fine. After a couple of minutes, the restaurant called back and it was the same guy I spoke to prior. He wanted to clarify the order to make sure he understood what I wanted, which was very troubling because he repeated exactly what I said when I was on the phone the first time and I confirmed what he repeated. After I verified what I wanted, I was in the middle of asking how long it would be before it was ready when I was hung up on. Whatever. I gave them 40 minutes to get everything ready and I pulled up. The restaurant was dingy, dark and there were ZERO customers inside. I walk up to the counter, tell them I’m there to pick up a called in carry out order. The lady behind the counter looked at me like I was speaking Greek and replied with a confused «Uhhhhh». I repeated what I was there for and the name I gave the guy on the phone and what I ordered. She started shuffling papers and looking around and said they didn’t have a call in order that had been placed. She asked the guy who I spoke with on the phone and he went «Uhhhh» and started looking at the order slips. He eventually found mine and said «Oh yeah… That pizza didn’t get made. We can go ahead and fix it for you, it’ll be like 20 minutes.» I just slowly shook my head and said, «No, that’s okay. Never mind,» and turned to walk out. The guy sort of apologized and told me to have a nice day. I made it to the door and again, the same guy said «Uhhh… So you DON’T want the pizza then?» I again told them no, never mind. This was close to my Pizza Hut review in its absurdity and bewildering ineptitude. Avoid this restaurant.

The first part of this review is for the actual store and employees of this location and then I’ll write about the food. But here goes lol!
So my wife and I had spent the last four days at the hospital welcoming the arrival of our new son. We had just got out and had to go on Richmond road to do a few things so we decided to swing by and get a pizza. After deciding what we wanted I went in to place our order. The girl at the counter was really nice and done her job fairly well other than repeating she didn’t know how to make the sub I wanted like 3 – 4 times. After talking to her for a couple min this guy walks out of the back and comes to the counter and interrupts us and starts talking about the shirt I had on. So I answered him and tried to finish ordering my wives food. The guy wouldn’t stop talking tho. He kept trying to talk over us while I’m giving my order. I don’t EVER make fun of people or give them grief because how they look but when I say this guy looks like he hasn’t showered in weeks I’m being nice. His shirt was disgusting and had pizza sauce caked on it. His hands where nasty and had black stuff under his nails. The only reason I say this is because he was the guy that makes the pizzas!!! To be nice about it I asked the girl after he finally walked away if he was the one whom was going to make our subs and she assured me that he was just the pizza maker and she would make ours. Thank god right! Well, we ended up having to wait for her to learn to make my sub and it took maybe 25 min for everything to be ready. No big deal! We get the food and head home and finally sit down to eat! We opened the little foil they wrapped it in and the sandwiches looked great! We both tore them up lol. The only problem with the food was the bun was soggy a little because the moisture from being wrapped in foil while still really hot. Again no biggie! If I would have my Oder delivered I would have gave it 4 stars but actually seeing the guy who makes the pizzas I had to take away a star. He makes me not ever want to order pizza from there again and I absolutely love this place! But I will say the girl at the register was really nice!

Let me start by saying. I used to live in Lexington and ate sir pizza all the time. It was great. I just moved back and have to say I very disappointed. I order a pizza for delivery and was told it would take 35 to 40 minutes. 1 hr and 25 minutes later I got my pizza and needless to say it was not hot. I called and was offered a replacement pizza that would be to me in 45 minutes. I am very disappointed with the service and won’t be back.
