Anytime you have to go to the sprint store, its probably because you have a problem with your phone. I can’t necessarily blame them for my phone not working the way I want it to, but as far as service goes, I guess they did an ok job. Not enough to warrant a 5 star stay, but also not bad enough to warrant a 3 star. My phone wasn’t functioning, they were to either fix it our give me a new one. They choose to get me a new one… well refurbished anyway. I was happy about the decision, but when I got there to pick up my «new» phone, it wasn’t exactly the same phone. I had a gunmetal HTC One (M8) and they gave me a gold one. Most wouldn’t complain much about it, and neither did I but I don’t like anything flashy, which is why I didn’t want the gold one, but hey, in a month a new flagship phone will come out and I can sell this one just fine. So I guess I can function for a month…

I went to the sprint store today because my iphone wasn’t holding a charge and wanted to see if I was eligible for an upgrade or a replacement. I was greeted at the door by Charles and immediately helped. He told me I was able to get an upgrade, was extremely knowledgeable about the phones I was asking about and helped me decide what was the right phone for me. He was extremely friendly and thoroughly explained all the information I needed about the upgrade and promotions recieved. If I ever have any issues or questions I would without a doubt go back and request Charles, great customer service, thank you!

I went to this location, when the location nearest me could not help. My problem was the battery of my LG Rumor that died. When I had gone to this location, they had tested the battery and replaced it with a new one at no charge. The only catch? All I had to do was give the rep, who helped me, a five start rating on a customer service survey.

Good corporate Sprint store. Go at off hours to avoid the wait, but the service we have received here has always been really good.
