Was looking for a biker, not MC, friendly place while in Lexington. This was suggested by a few.
My wife and I pulled up, with about 10 others and noticed a few other bikes out front, and figured, its prob like most other places we had been to, and I honestly cant tell you what the inside looks like… the outside looks like a remodeled Pizza Hut, or something similar… the parking lot is not biker friendly as it had loose asphalt and a couple of potholes.
As we all were stowing our gear and insuring we didnt have any cuts on, we started in and were stopped by a fella wearing OLA gear, and told that we had to have a member change his shirt, as it didnt appeal apparently to him… it was a PGR shirt… thats Patriot Guard to those that dont know… its not an MC, nor RC. as we all were vets, we asked why, since it showed no disrespect to the locals… and simply got a stare…
My buddy laughed and said he would change it… so as he was putting his gear back on, we all simply left and went to a place in Salisbury that IS biker friendly, is not ran by local MCs that we can tell, or is a local MC clubhouse as this one appeared to be.
