Do not buy any floor or as is items from this store. When you purchase it it will be in perfect condition and when you pick it up and try to put it together there will be something wrong I guarantee it. And they will do nothing to help you.

I would give 0 starts if that was an option. There furniture is the cheapest quality of anyplace around. I purchased one recliner and it broke and Materials started to shred in eight months. I went back and put 100 more dollars was what I spent before to buy a better top-​of-​the-​line leather recliner and I am now on round 3. Two of them have broke. It takes 3 weeks or more to get someone to look at it? If I didn’t have the extended warranty I would just be up a creek. Bottom line they’re not very nice to deal with, and they have the worst furniture of any place that I’ve ever seen in town. So buyer beware. And management is of little help.

I purchased a floor model headboard and footboard on June 9, 2013. I picked it up on June 11, 2013. It was loaded by two men, one of which seemed to want to be anywhere but at work. I got home and had no bolts with which to attach the frame to the rails. I drove 20 miles back to the store, waited about 20 minutes and was given a baggie with 6 bolts. I said I thought they needed to be long bolts to fit this frame, and the salesman/​manager said these «should» work. He proudly told me I probabaly only need 4, but he gave me 6. After driving 20 miles back home, I found that I actually needed 8 bolts and the ones he gave me were not long enough to attach. Rather than waste more gas and my time, my husband found bolts that did the job. Customer service is non-​exsistent once you purchase a item at this location. The only reason I gave it two stars is because the original salesman was nice and tried to be helpful. The girls in the customer service section were nice also, however, the treatment by the loading staff and the sales/​management were TERRIBLE!
