I had used Vincent Fister when I moved from Lexington to Florida. When I decided to move from Florida to Kansas City, I made the mistake of soliciting on-​line quotes. I was inundated with offers that were all over the board. It was impossible to sort the legitimate companies from the fly-​by-​night offers (we’ve all heard the horror stories). Confused and needing reassurance, I called Pat Tolson at Vincent Fister (she had coordinated my earlier move). She was able to answer all my questions, gave me great advice and more importantly told me that she and Vincent Fister could do the move for me. I was so relieved. Pat knew that I had a budget and she worked with me to get the quote in a range I could afford. Most importantly, the move went without a hitch. The local United Van Lines crew that handled the load in FL were professional and very efficient. The driver and the crew that did the unloading/​assembly here in Kansas City were also amazing. I can’t say enough good things about Vincent Fister. Moving is stressful in and of itself. Using Vicent Fister takes the uncertainty out of the situation. If I ever have another long-​distance move, calling Pat Tolson at Vincent Fister will be my first call.
