I always give Zaxbys the benefit of the doubt but no matter what, they still continue to fail me. Something as simple as asking for my grilled chicken to be blacked and they still give me plain grilled after they repeated my order correctly. It doesn’t make sense. The cashier needs to learn how to check the order as its coming through the window as they are bagging the food. Why hand something out the window knowing it’s wrong just so the customer has to come back and get it fixed when they could have done it before hand.

this visit was part of my fast food bucket list!
good if youre really into chicken, i am not
they have nice chicken tenders. my cajun chicken sandwich was ok. not great, i liked the crinkle cut fries and the customizable soda machine
clean environment, bathrooms were spotless
parking is a free lot
counterservice was good.
overall, glad i tried it but its not for me.

A fast food atmosphere; pleasant manager manning the register. Good wings, but $ 14 for 8 wings & a coke with a small side salad was a bit much. WC’s need a real scrubbing.

The wings here are the best! This is my favorite fast food chain ever!
The wimpy wings are my favorite. It has a nice spice to it that’s not too spicy and is complemented with a tanginess that makes the wings complete. The Texas toast is also my favorite here and the fries are really good too.
The chicken is just so good here! The chicken tenders that Zaxby’s makes are the best and are freshly made as you order. You could even have it coated in one of their many delicious sauces. I prefer hot honey mustard.
Also let’s not forget their salads and sandwiches which are nice menu items that you must try.
5 stars to my favorite fast good chain in the world!

This was my first visit to Zaxby’s. The restaurant drive-thru was slow, but the wait was worth it. The food was great, I turned my blue cheese and buffalo chicken salad into two meals.
