Overpriced, bland food, slow service, salsa, and beans from a can. We won’t be going back.

I’m from Texas and we love our tex-​mex. The measure of any good tex-​mex restaurant is the fajitas. The fajitas here melt in your mouth and re delicious. I’ve had them all and I highly recommend the Chipotle fajitas. Ask for beef!
My wife has had the enchiladas and tamales and they have always been great.
My grandparents report their margaritas are good. Don’t drink them, but there that is.
It only gets 4 stars because the service can be slightly slow and it isn’t necessarily the prettiest place on the outside though it’s alright on the inside.

Why are the beans and rice here so bad?
Why is the food just not good?
Why do I get shorted on my change then get told «Our till comes up wrong all the time.» as a reason to not have my money returned to me?
Why have I stood around for an extended period of time waiting to order while employees watch tv? (Couldn’t walk out as I was sent to obtain food for family.)
Why do meals/​items repeatedly get left out of my togo order?

Stopped here on the way from Houston and it had a good amount of cars in the parking lot. Ordered the Shrimp Diablo and Chicken Quesadillas. The meals had great flavor for a great value. The charro beans were to good, I drank the juice! A lot of food for the price which included a salad bar trip. Very friendly service! Would come back again.

Came in around lunch time and I guess you can say the service was better than some of the other places in Liberty. They did kind of take a while to bring out the food but they would always come by and refill our drinks. The tortillas are handmade and the nachos are not that bad. Overall a decent experience.
