DOYOUENJOYHAVINGYOURPROPERTYSTOLEN? I rented a 10×20 storage unit in mid July 2015 and by August all my property was stolen. I paid my rental fee on August 1st and attempted to pay it this month but was told they could not find my name or unit in the computer. Then I was told it was rented out to another person in August because the unit was empty. Really??? I still had property in the unit. Why didnt the company call me prior to allowing someone to rent out the storage unit? I was told by Ms Milentz they dont call customers. Wow, you really dont VALUE your customers. A phone call could have made a BIG difference with me. Instead they took my payment and someone elses payment for the same unit and tried to say my property was missing because of my lock. Nothing was wrong with my lock, someone obviously cut it and broke into my unit. Please please if your belongings are important to you dont rent from here. In Liberty the storage units have no security cameras and its not gated. Their excuse is the building was built back when security cameras were not required. I guess the owners dont want to spend the money to put in security cameras-because they really dont care about their customers! ***They also rarely answer their phones and you must pay for the storage unit in cash. Shady business!!! I did get my August rent back and my deposit back because I had copies of my rental lease and my payments, but it doesn’t make up for all my stolen property. I really believe the company stole my belongings because they forgot to list my payment in August. Ms Milentz also slipped up and said they«moved» me out of the unit and rented it out on 8⁄15. I thought it was empty??? Lovely!!!
