My cappuccino wasn’t very good, possibly because the machine was sub par, and they lacked in coffee condiments.

The staff is so nice, and the service is great. The restaurant and view of the pool, garden, and koi pond is also very nice and relaxing. The food was excellent! I had crab cake Eggs Benedict and it was so yummy! Good coffee, and I didn’t have it but everything at the buffet looked good too.
My only complaint is that it’s a bit pricey, but it is in a beachfront hotel, so I guess you should expect resort prices.

Small but comprehensive sundry and café shop all in one.
Located in the Aqua Kauai Beach Resort, right next to the conference room and reception area. The store itself is divided into 2 parts: a café/sundry shop and a mini clothes shop.
The café/sundry is open early at 6 and has a breakfast special (see my tip) or you can choose to have some yogurt, fruit, some other pastry or caffeine beverage. The coffee menu is short (latte, espresso, coffee, chocolate, tea and some smoothies) so it’s not hard to decide what to eat and or drink. This side also has bottled drinks, snacks (candy, chips) toiletries (cotton swabs, OTC meds, Nail clippers) and some souvenirs (kauai apparel and foodstuffs.) The opposite side has quicksilver clothing, slippers, swimwear, bags, and the like.
Kind of expensive but it’s a resort (which is why one star is docked) people were usually nice though.
