Ray skillfully fixed my favorite sandals while we’re in Kauai on vacation the Friday before Labor Day weekend. The sole had come apart on one sandal, and he was able to screw the top sole into the rubber heel and then affix the covering back down. He also had the forethought to make this alteration to both shoes to prevent the same mishap from happening in the future with the other sandal. Ray volunteered to make this repair the same day so that we wouldn’t have to wait until next Tuesday and actually had the sandals ready within the hour. He also has a very sharp wit, and we loved the conversation too. Highest recommendation for excellent customer service.
