I was surprised at how thrown together this operation was. The vegetables looked like they were cooked and reheated and reused. Since when is recycling dinner and serving it up acceptable? I’d give zero stars if possible. The only saving grace is that the employees were friendly. This is definitely not what I expected from this restaurant. They really need to get it together! Boston market needs to send somebody from their corporate store to drop in and check on them because I bet they will be surprised at what they find.

I have been eating Boston Market ever since it was Boston Chicken. However, someone at Boston Market thought this year would be a good year to do a BOGO free(buy one dinner meal and get a second one free) and allow up to three orders per person. This means you could go in and order three individual meals with sides and get three free. What a great deal right? I drove 30 minutes to this location, once I got there the parking lot was complete full, but I was able to pull in as someone was pulling out. As soon as I walked in, the store was full with about 40 people wrapped around the restaurant and there was over an hour wait, so I decided to leave. Boston Market, if you are going to run a special like this for tax day, 25% or 50% off is more than enough on the second order, but giving a second order away for completely free attracts the wrong type of customer. Today’s event was understaffed and there was not enough food. This kind of stuff puts a sour taste in a consumer’s mouth. [Review #280](Forty Review of 2015)

Can’t decide what to eat for dinner on a Sunday night? Can’t go wrong with Boston Market. Try to avoid a time too close to closing. We arrived at the restaurant around 9pm after a rough time deciding where to eat for dinner. There were a few people in line in front of us, but when the workers saw our group of 5 walk in, they seemed to go into a small panic. Most of their sides were all out, so they rushed to make more. I ordered my usual, two piece rotisserie chicken, dark. When I looked over at the available sides behind the glass display, my heart dropped. Almost all the good sides were gone. How could I live without the mashed potatoes and gravy? The Mac and cheese? The CREAMEDSPINACH? They ended up bringing out some creamed spinach and I settled for some corn. And when they announced they were out of corn bread but could offer me a roll of bread, I was heartbroken. The chicken was great, as always with flavorful skin and meat. The creamed spinach was great, as always, but I felt like I got a small serving because of the limited supply and the line that was still behind me. The corn was bland and was almost to the point of dry, lacking any juice or butter that I have come to expect from Boston Market. The roll was literally a small dry loaf of bread cut in half. It was so disappointing that I took one small nibble before setting it aside. Overall a sad experience. Try to avoid the time right before closing or the end of any peak hours.

Have been going to this Boston Market for the last 15 years and this was the only visit that was a total disappointment. The person who took my money and took my plate was totally lacking any enthusiasm and seemed barely able to get to the table before she dropped my plate on the table. The food was not as generous as I had remembered. There was not much of the rotisserie chicken to eat as much of it was over cooked and small. The staff seemed content to talk in the kitchen not checking on anybody eating. An obese employee sat at a table behind me and played on her cell phone. It did not provide a very pleasant atmosphere to eat a meal. The dinning area was not clean and non of the employees were checking. The bathroom was dirty with paper towels on the floor. I will not drive out of my way again for a place I use to love and always have a great experience. From what I say I’m not sure anyone cares about their customers at this place. Very, very sad…

I am very upset with the lack of courtesy given at this specific location. I called a total of four times today to confirm a catering order only to be told my order was not in the system, or that they didn’t have time to talk to me. I understand the holiday rush… I have worked in food service before and totally get it. But I also learned that when you mess up… you apologize. Because that’s what people deserve. The first employee took my name and order number a lot… still couldn’t find me in the system. She also kept repeating to me that they wouldn’t deliver even if I «had» placed it(after I confirmed with another location that the Lilburn store was set to deliver my order). I gave her my name and order number numerous times… didn’t help. Not to mention that she simply didn’t care. When the second employee confirmed they did in fact have my order(After taking just my name, go figure), I asked in disbelief if it was in the system the whole time? He replied sarcastically«of course». Without even reading my order he rudely told me what wasn’t in it. When I corrected him he read it, and added some«blah blah blah’s, okay it will be there» to the end. At this point… I’m fuming. All I’m thinking is that he could say«I apologize for the mix up» and I would have felt 100x better. I’m a very respectful person… I opted to hang up with a «Happy Holiday’s» instead of saying what I really wanted to. I don’t «deserve» anything… but since my respect wasn’t reciprocated at all the next time I place a $ 700 catering order, it won’t be with Boston Market.

Service was excellent. We were very pleased with the value, the quality, and the flavor of our meal. The Rotisserie Chicken, Chicken Pot Pie, creamed spinach, squash casserole, and loaded mashed potatoes were all delicious. The squash casserole was definitely my fave! Overall, I was very pleased with my experience. Our meal was delicious. No complaints. Family style home cooking at a very affordable price is more than worth a try.

I was very pleased with my most recent experience at this location after not having visited for quite a while. I had always remembered the food and the service to be worth five stars; this recent visit lived up to that standard. If you are looking for family-style meals with mmm-worthy meat selections and delectable sides, you have come to the right place. Boston Market’s food never disappoints. Personally, I always order a Homestyle Meal with turkey breast. This comes with your choice of two sides that are displayed in front of you.(I HIGHLY recommend the Mac-n-Cheese!) I got a fountain drink with my meal, but that wasn’t even the best part. I came here with my family, so we opted for one of the family deals… It came with a dessert selection for each person! I got a slice of pecan pie and it was as delicious as my entire meal. The service at this location was exceptional. We were greeted warmly and were served quickly despite the line of people ahead of us. There was no confusion over what we had ordered and the staff brought it out to our table for us — what a lasting impression! I definitely recommend this place. The atmosphere is relaxing with a warm ambiance and the food is delicious and filling. Bring the whole family!

I’ve eaten a lot of their frozen dinners before, so it was fun to finally visit a restaurant in person. The rotisserie chicken was good, and they have a good selection of vegetables and some sides to choose from. The staff was friendly too, and the prices were reasonable.

I decided to try this place last night around 9pm. First off the lady running the register and fixing the plates was rude. She seemed bothered because I was on my cell phone giving my dtr a rundown of the menu so she could choose what she wanted me to order for her. When I asked her what was the price of a dessert she replied and pointed«the prices are right here i don’t have the prices memorized.» Now pointing me to the direction of the sign with the prices would have been sufficient enough but I thought it rather rude and unnecessary to tell me she didn’t have the prices memorized. Anyway, I was glad to get my food quick so I could get out of there I was uncomfortable. I ordered the meatloaf, mac n cheese, and candied yams. It was the most disgusting meal I’ve ever had in a while. I also discovered that she had placed a cornbread muffin in a brown paper bag unwrapped. I was definitely not about to eat that. The mac n cheese was something out of a box, not even kraft lol. The candied yams were mediocre. The meatloaf… I find it hard to believe that that was even beef, or meat for that matter. I couldn’t even get through one bite. My daughter said that her baked chicken was safe and just ok but she hated the mac n cheese and agreed about the candied yams. Bottom line is I won’t be going back EVER.

OK so I’ve been to other Boston Market chains before & it’s better than McDonald’s for your food choices but not as good as if you made it yourself. This location sets itself apart by serving your dine-in orders on real plates instead of paper or plastic, bringing your food out to the table for you [wait svc] & providing excellent customer service by the staff behind the counter. The food is really good in this location so good they made me eat my veggies and that’s saying a lot :)

I was very pleased with my visit here yesterday. The lady who assisted us was very nice and personable. The other employees we saw were quiet. The food quality is good. They have a lot of sides and a few new ones like loaded mashed potatoes. The restaurant was clean. I normally go through the drive-thru when I eat at the Boston Market on N Druid hills. This one does not have a drive-thru. It was nice to see the food before choosing what I wanted. I also never paid attention to the different deserts they sale. I used coupons that were in the newspaper and they put some in my bag. I love saving some money.

For quite some time, I had stopped going to Boston Market. I don’t know if it was the fact that we used to eat there so much that I just got bored with the food, or the fact the the depreciating quality of what they were serving had just become undeniable. So when I ventured in to this Boston Market the other day, my expectations were somewhere between a 2 and 3 star. However I was pleasantly surprised that all the veggie servings were exceptionally fresh and tasty… something I seldom anticipate from food that is served from under a heat lamp. The staff was friendly as usual. And although I took my food to go, the atmosphere of the restaurant was clean and inviting, especially for a restaurant located on such a busy intersection.

I have loved Boston Market since they were called Boston Chicken back in the 90’s. The sides are fresh and delicious. The restaurant is clean and the employees nice enough.

It’s Boston Market. The white meat rotisserie chicken is freaking delicious. The steamed veggies have a bit too much oil on them. Fruit salad is fruit salad. But since I’m on Weight Watchers, this meal was like a little slice of heaven compared to some of the other stuff I’ve been eating(read: oatmeal). BUT, I was very pleasantly surprised by how gosh darn friendly they were in there, both to me and other patrons. And it was clean. And since tasty food and pleasant personnel are about all I’m looking for in a fast food restaurant, I give this one high marks! FYI: Printable coupons are available on their website, which I’m grateful for — because at $ 6 – 8 bucks for an individual meal, it is a bit pricey for me for a fast food lunch.
