As Goodwills go, this one is average. My husband has found several nice brand name work shirts at this location. Unfortunately, most of the men’s slacks are pleated, which is not fashionable. The selection of women’s clothing is decent, and I like that everything is color coded. The odds and ends in the back are my favorite. You never know what sort of useful, crazy, or just plain funny items you’ll find! I bought four lovely wine glasses on one trip. On another, I bought a small statue of a sumo wrestler. Make sure you go through all of the plush toys. I found a Beanie Baby worth about $ 100 on Ebay. Bring your phone with you so you can look up any interesting items you find. I found what looked to be a piece of junk tin box, but it turned out to be worth $ 13. There is an antique store next door that’s fun to look through.

A little more smaller than some of of the other goodwill locations I sometimes venture for props for some of my photography shoots. And not much shelves for other house house goods. But a decent selection for clothes if you’re looking for something expendable. I haven’t really asked any of the employees for assistance nor dropped off anything yet, so haven’t really dealt with their customer service except being run up for some purchases.

80% of the time you can find some cool stuff. Pretty good odds for a gw and its a clean and well kept store.

Why does this place have such bad ratings? I don’t understand the 2-star review below. You don’t really go to a place like Goodwill and expect them to have everything you need in stock. I go to browse, and if I find something cool, I’ll buy it. Love the weekly 50% off a certain tag color sale, and Tuesdays are 25% off senior discount(yay for old parents). They have a decent clothing selection, if you want to dig through it — wish it could somehow be sorted by size, though.

Well, it’s a Goodwill after all. I stopped by this particular location one Sunday looking for a cheap mirror for my office. The store seemed fairly well organized, well lit, and fairly clean. Unfortunately for me, the furniture selection was pretty poor… and there was no mirror to be found. But all was not lost as I was able to walk out with a desktop carousel organizer for under 2 bucks. If you happen to be in the Lilburn area and are looking for something on the cheap, you’re sure to find a gazillion clothing choices, but don’t expect much in the way of furniture. Happy hunting!

If you’re looking to do some serious bargain hunting here, arrive early; the merchandise seems to get put out immediately after opening, and the best(cheapest) stuff gets taken within the first hour. There are deals to be had if you’re lucky – I got a new Dell laptop case for less than $ 7 – but, as is the custom at Goodwill stores these days, most of the items are badly overpriced. That said. .. caveat emptor, seriously. The last time I went to this location, there was a used syringe, with uncovered needle attached, sitting in the parking lot. I didn’t have the necessary hazmat equipment for handling it(like gloves, and some kind of sharps container), so I talked to a member of Goodwill management. She not only refused to do anything about it, she mentioned she had been informed it was there by another customer hours before. Taking care of items in the parking lot isn’t her store’s «responsibility,» you see, so she chose to do nothing. I told her to call the police; she said she would«discuss it» with her manager.(In the end, I bought an old Christmas cookie tin, used the lid to put the syringe inside, taped it shut, put the tin in an old bag and threw it away.) How could anyone just leave a used syringe out in the open when there are small children there ALLTHETIME? Maybe the biohazard in the parking lot was a one-time thing, maybe not. Either way, the chilling idiocy of Goodwill’s response made for a memorable reason never to shop there again.
