Taylor Kia Of Lima

I purchased a car from Taylor KIA Lima, OH in Feb 2016. I have regretted it since! The vehicle I purchased did not come with a warranty because it wasn’t a KIA… they offered me a warranty I could purchase at $ 200 per month… OUCH! Well now it is June, 4 months later and it is HOT out… the air will not work, although it was advertised and sold on the claim it had «ice cold air». Did I test it? Yes, in February when it was cold out… it worked great! I took it there to see what they would do for me and they stated they would fix it for $ 500…because I bought it without warranty and cannot prove it didn’t work in Feb when purchased…
I spend upward of $ 15,000 and you won’t fix it? WOW, and I was looking to purchase a new truck next year, they will not get my business!
Then they said since I was there, they would go ahead and give me my monthly free hand wash and detailing, awesome, thank u! WELL I got the car back DIRTIER than before they pulled it into service! It looks like they ran a wet paper towel over the outside of it… there are white pieces stuck to it all over! The inside looks the same! I’m not sure what is going on with their business but I am SO upset and DO NOT recommend purchasing a vehicle from them!
