All things considered,
had the best price on the Web for the Grand Power handgun I was shopping for. I placed an order on Saturday night. The website worked very well. I got the email confirmation right away. I had my local dealer email his FFL on Sunday. The gun shipped on Monday and arrived at my local dealer on Wednesday. I could not ask for better service!

Good Prices. The Popular Guns Are Often Sold Out, There Is Only Enough Parking Space For 3 – 4 Cars, The Store Is Usually Pretty Busy, Getting Help Can Be A Challenge. They Pay Decent For Used Guns.

Saiga works flawlessly with the US Palm magazine and with surplus steel Polish magazines. Very happy with my purchase because they are sold out! Glad I got one when I had the chance. If they have deals in the future I would buy from them again.

Ordered 2 scopes that never showed up to my house. Tried working with DE Guns on submitting a claim to USPS (per USPS the shipper needed to submit the claim since they paid for the insurance) for the lost package and after a month of me 2 – 3 phone calls a week and following up, it was made obvious that they don’t care about customer service or trying to help the customer out. Only after I disputed the charges with my credit card company did anyone contact me, and now the Owner Derek Broman refuses to accept responsibility for his employees having dropped the ball and failing to help a customer. The company does not understand good customer service, and I would never recommend anyone to do business with them again.

I have never been to this store, I am reviewing there online store.
I have recently made a purchase from there website and I can say it went very smooth. They had the best price for the pistol I was looking for and the FFL transfer went great. The Customer service was awesome, the staff kept me in the loop every step of the way and got my gun to my FFL in Oregon in two days from the time I bought it. I have done a few online purchases for firearms from various companies and I can say it takes about a week before my FFL gets the firearms.

Selection can’t be denied. Best selection in Lincoln, hands down. Decent prices as well. While the location is a 100% improvement over their old store, parking is still awful and it feels a bit like a dungeon with no windows. Every time I have been there, it has been so busy I couldn’t catch the eye of the staff who were helping other customers. I have heard they have a knowledgeable staff.

Really nice shop. Extraordinarily good handgun selection. Prices seemed OK.
My only problem was that, when I visited around early March, 2015, the young fellow who helped me look at some pistols kept pointing the pistols at me and sweeping other customers in the store with the muzzle. As a gun store employee he should know that you never violate Cooper’s «Rule #2» under any circumstances, even if you have just checked the chamber and the magazine.
At first I could hardly believe what had just briefly happened, but then he did it again. After checking the chamber he would let the muzzle cover people in the store. I should have just corrected him on the spot but I came into the place as a customer, not looking to play the role as his boss or teacher, so I just left.
Once this problem is corrected I would bump them up to five stars.
