Every first Monday off the month they have what’s called, beer school. They give you samples of different beers and two free 16 oz of beer. They are owned by the same guy who owns lazlos, so they cater food that go with each type of beer for each event. They have a high turn out each month abd the beer is pretty good too.

The beer goes down real smooth here! While it doesn’t have experimental ingredients in its brews so much it makes up for it in smoothness and that is A-OK! Cool looking t-shirts make this brewery even cooler! The wheat beer is great! Empyrean distributes beer east of Lincoln which is a plus for everyone that lives east of there. They don’t distribute west of Lincoln and especially in nearby Colorado because they feel that the competition is too tough in that brewing state.

Empyrean is ready to blow up over the next few years, so try to get to this place now if you can before they get too big. It’s a local brewery that makes some very good beers. They’re on tap next door in the restaurant, but you can also buy bottles at stores in the region. They set for expansion, and after tasting their beer, it’s easy to see why. The vanilla porter, ESB, and Brown are all very good, and rival a lot of the beer that’s being produced in Colorado. Try to get on a tour or go to a cask night if you can, it’s well worth it to see a small brewery in action.
