This is a scam. I’ve filed a report with the BBB. They operate another company that is called Far West Signs. This parent company is the one that is listed on the BBB(not accredited). They took our money and then never sent our sign. When I asked why, the said they lost everything on our file because the person who took our order is «no longer with them.» Eventually they stopped answering their phone altogether. They finally answered one call today and flat out yelled at me that they«Will not do our sign» and that they wouldn’t talk through email because she is «currently in a meeting.» There is another client who also reported them to the BBB, so apparently this is their normal business practices. Avoid at all costs.

I have bought a few things from Far West and have no complaints. I have more people ask me where I got my furniture from. They even made me a custom piece very large I might say for a fraction of what I would have paid elsewhere. My only complaint is their web site really has no prices or measurements so you have to call or email, and emails don’t get answered in a timely fashion.

Buyers beware! This is the worst customer support I have ever received in my life. I just filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, along with trying to dispute the item with my credit card. DONOTPURCHASEFROMTHESESHADYPEOPLE. See below, my letter to the BBB: I purchased a personalized glass sign for a friend’s engagement. I paid for rush delivery. I spelled out the bride’s name as «Cathy». When Gerri took my order, she repeated the spelling and she spelled it as «Kathy». I corrected her and said it should be with a C, and she corrected her paperwork and then reconfirmed the spelling for me was«Cathy». When the package arrived, it was spelled Kathy, with the engagement party being the next day. When I called Gerri, she said I specifically said«Cathy», so they sent me one that said«Cathy». But the one they sent was«Kathy», the incorrect one. She kept saying they sent me «Cathy», so I said I would take a picture to show them they sent me Kathy. When I asked what we should do, she said either I had to pay $ 20 for a new sign, or return the sign to them and they will fix it, but I had to pay for shipping both ways. I told them it was not my mistake, so I should not have to pay anything. Then her daughter Kim got on the phone and started yelling at me, saying I said«Kathy», even though Gerri had just confirmed that I had said«Cathy». She tried to turn it around and say I was the one that had made the mistake, and I got exactly what I ordered. Then they continued to yell on the phone and eventually hung up on me. This is horrible customer service, and I need the situation rectified immediately.
