AVOID at all costs. The managers are rude and gruff. I once was on my laptop in the clubhouse and overheard an obnoxious discussion of whether or not it was «worth it» to replace the carpet in a complaining tenant’s apartment in order to keep him from moving. Of course they loudly decided it was not worth it and that he could «just deal with the dirty carpets.» Nice.
They also find ways to bill you for hidden charges they «forgot» to mention to you during your tour and contract signing. The blinds on the sliding doors are crap and continuously fall off every time you touch them. The shower head is a tiny piece of metal and makes you feel like you’re in prison. The entire place smells like stale smoke and old food. When I moved out, all of my clothes smelled like stale smoke and I had to wash my entire wardrobe. Makes me wonder if people thought I smoked while I lived there. They don’t have keys to the sliding back doors of the apartments, so even if it’s more convenient for access to your apartment, you are forced to go inside the main doors, down the hallway, etc to get to your apartment. Their pet policies are inconsistent. I know neighbors who weren’t allowed to keep dogs over 35 lbs even though they were well-​trained, quiet dogs, and yet people with yappy barking/​whining lap dogs get to keep them. So annoying. This is one of those trashy places people put up with because they don’t think they have other living options. Trust me, you do, and you should find them. Do not waste your time and money with this dirty, sub-​par apartment complex.
