Pretty good! I like it better than the one in Rocklin. I usually either get Pastrami or the Ham & Turkey and Cheese. Good value for the money. I don’t even think about Subway, even though there’s like 3 of them in town.

6:40 pm still no soup. :-(I don’t understand why this restaurant wouldn’t want to sell extra product.

Went to togos to pick up a phone order. No one other than myself was there and if I would’ve seen the place before I ordered, I would’ve gone somewhere else. Several workers refusing to clean because there was no supervision. I MIGHT understand if it was busy but it really was a ghost town. Workers out numbers guest 3 – 1.sad. I don’t care how good the food is if I’m questioning how clean a place is. Hope they improve this.

This is an above average spot even for a Togo’s. Been a fan for 20 years. Lincoln Togo’s is well run and a pleasant experience. The staff is always cheerful and friendly. Went today and the famous #24 was excellent. A six inch was very generously filled with turkey and avocado. Don’t usually write about fast food but this is a winner

Great food, but the slowest people ever! If they were concerned with keeping my business they should hire more people and speed up the line. Especially on key business times when most food business are busy. Taking 25 min before being helped because of the 3 person line at 6:00 on Friday night is ridiculous for any food place especially fast food. Plus I was asked 10 times about my order when I kept on saying I wanted it exactly they way it comes. The lack of owners at this location is very evident.

I went in there today with a girlfriend of mine there was 5 teens or young adults and all of them just stared at us without saying a word. We were waiting by the restrooms to wash our hands before anything cuz we had spilled a sweet coffee n had sticky hands. They kept staring at us and whispering to each other, so I said I like how everyone is staring at us but not even saying hello. Immature kids should not be the front faces of any business! Management needs to teach Customer Service!

I have been to this location 5 times 3 of the times they closed the hot sandwhiches before their 8pm closing time. I love their bbq sandwhiches their great when they actually can serve them. No sandwhich should be unavailable as long as the store is open. You will never go to mcdonalds and have them tell you they have no frenchfries 5 minutes before closing or in my case nearly 2 hours before closing and on more than one visit. The owners need to extend their hours to 9pm and make sure the items are available until 9pm dont shut your sandwhich station down because your in a rush to leave. Your job is to serve the customer until 8pm not 7:30 or 7:55. This location is not going to survive unless they change their ways of serving the public. I am unsure if I will be eating again at this location I know I will be telling friends and family to avoid this specific Togo’s like the plague!

Don’t go within 30 mins of closing. Always get feeling like they want to leave and really don’t want you to buy anything. Takes forever as most stuff is out or put away. Also since everything is torn apart and they are in cleaning mood feels like your sandwich getting made with less than sanitary practices. I’ve seen people try to come in few minutes before closing and get turned away while others are standing in line. If you have people wanting to give you money why are you pushing them away?

Stopped to get dinner on the way home tonigt. A bit of a line but I decided to give it a try. The line went fast. The workers were young polite men having a good time at their job. When I left I kept thinking about how fast I got in and out knowing how reluctant I was to stay. And decided it was worth a post. Great job. Ruben, Anthony and Zac! I will be back

I’ve been here a few times and each time has been less than desirable. The employees are brutally slow. This time was particularly bad. The young helping me clearly didn’t care and asked me 4 times if I was dining in, 3 times what I wanted on my sandwich, and 3 times what cheese I wanted. Then, while making the sandwich, he still placed the wrong cheese on the top. Another employee corrected him, but he just stared at her, looked at me, and handed me the sandwich. I will not be returning. There are a few other sandwich shops in Lincoln. Don’t waste your time with this one.

I used to work at a Togo’s in the Bay Area when I was a teen… over 25 years ago(yikes)… so I was happy to see one open in Lincoln. I used to love the bologne and cotto(formerly a #1), but I have had to adapt as Togo’s has changed/revamped their menu over the years. While I’ve missed my bologne and cotto with the yummy salad dressing(that’s what they called it in the big plastic tub before they went mayo), I’ve always remained fond of Togo’s… until now. After several visits to the Lincoln store I’m not sure I’ll go back. Why? I haven’t had an issue with the cold sandwiches or the help, but I’ve been there twice in the past few weeks wanting a meatball sandwich only to find they’ve broken down the hot meat area at least 2 hours before closing. Once I left and opted for Subway, the other time I opted to stay and have the chicken sandwich that would normally be hot which I was told they only had cold chicken for. It wasn’t as good cold. There is no reason to make the hot sandwiches unavailable so early, it doesn’t take 2 hours to clean up that area. Very disappointing. So… sticking with Subway when I want a hot sandwich after work… probably just sticking with Subway period. I don’t think expecting a sandwich shop to be able to make a hot sandwich with closing so far off is unreasonable. I’ve taken 2 stars off because of the misses with the hot sandwiches happening twice. It’s not like I went in 15 minutes before closing… we’re talking in the area of 2HOURS before closing. Other than that, I can’t complain about the sandwiches themselves… they taste like Togo’s. I can’t complain about anybody who has ever made my sandwich… they’ve always been polite.

Very lazy employees there. Went in the Eve of thanksgiving at about 7:30pm. I understand it’s a holiday and your almost closed but I’m still paying for a service and you are being paid as well. I just wanted a simple triple dip and chick salad sand for my wife. Sign on the door. No roast beef or pastrami. Well, there goes the triple dip, but I’m sure I could find something else. Out of chicken salad. And the dudes behind the counter who were more busy trying to clean up in the back instead of helping me say, «actually we arent doing any hot food right now either.» I said, how bout bacon… Nope can’t do bacon right now. That’s where it ended for me. I’ve found out later from people I know in the TOGOS business that they found that hard to believe and the employees just didn’t want to clean up after cooking hot food. They also said they could never fathom a time where a customer could ever be refused bacon. I agree, a cured meat that last forever I doubt u could run out of. Lazy.

Tried the #5 at the new Lincoln Togo’s and I was pleased. The store was clean and the employees were friendly. I didn’t find the employees to be slow at all. There was a family for four ahead of me and I was promptly assisted by 2nd employee. My only complain would have been no cheese on my sandwich(which I read it didn’t come with) and it would have been nice to have been asked if I wanted cheese. The only reason I didn’t give a five star is as I’m eating my lunch, with my back to the front window, I see two employees eating what looks like brownies from the food prep area heading to the back area. When customers are present, this is a no-no. On a side note, the customers before me ordered a salad which was HUGE and looked delicious. Will definitely try one next time I visit.

I had the Vegan egg salad sandwich. So good! The bae had the pastrami sandwich and that was good also. If you like Subway then this is just an upscale of that. A little more pricier than Subway that’s for sure. Oh and the breads here are way better. Can’t wait to come here again!

Today I ordered a tray for my staff with little to no notice. Not only did Togo’s promptly put my order together but they provided superb customer service. In a world where service is everything, I can honestly say that every time I have visited this location, they provide nothing short of 5 star service. Keep up the great work Togo’s team!

Come here almost 3 days a week for lunch and all I can say is that you can tell they are trying, but they need to speed it up. Hard to comment on the food because it is a Togo’s and it taste the same as any other Togo’s. I have found most of the staff to be pretty friendly and a few of the employees have gotten to know me so I don’t even have to tell them what I want anymore they just ask if I want my usual which is pretty cool. For being a new restaurant in my opinion they should have possibly gotten some more training and should be a little more up to speed, but in Lincoln this is a nice break from a dreadful Subway any day of the week. Plus I really like their salad selections which blows Subway out of the water.

This review took me longer than I meant to get it written. I had fabulous service by Aaron! I was getting a sandwich for my daughter and he made a point of telling me that the sandwich she wanted was their special that day and I could get a bargain getting two of the smaller ones if I wanted. He took pride in doing a great job and making sure I was very happy with it. The other employees were also very friendly. I will definitely be back. Thanks Aaron for making such an effort!
