The photo department really surprised me with the very friendly and professional customer service. We needed passport photos of myself, my husband, and our one year old son. The gentleman was very polite and paitent trying to get a good shot of my son, who wasn’t being the most cooperative. Minus one star though because when we went to the county clerks office for the passport application process, they told us that the pictures were too big, and we had to pay to redo then there. (At a fraction of the price I might add)
Walgreens refunded my money without any problem, but it made me waste a lot of time.

Watch your charges! Was there today and they charged me $ 20 for a ‘sale’ item that was boldly listed as $ 12. When questioned, Cashier she ‘escorted me back’ and said, «oh, we don’t carry those, some customer must have returned them and put them there». WHAT? I don’t think a Customer would put 4 boxes in the ‘wrong’ place! RIP OFF!!! They would not honor their mis-​labeling price (which is illegal). I live in the neighborhood and was meeting friends for lunch, needless to say their ‘mislabeling’ was a topic of conversation.

After five unsuccessful trips to Target for photos I tried Walgreens Photo department. The one person working there was very nice. I ordered 2 5×7 photos for 1 hour service.
Few hours later I returned.
I waited 15 –20 minutes while he helped someone with a special project to find out my photos were not ready. Then was told I should have ordered 4×6’s. I said OK and he said to phone back. Still not ready a few hours later so I went somewhere else. Was told I should have gone to Costco. All together 8 trips to get two photos… I already had the frames!

I messed up on an online photo order and called in the correction (I wanted to designate a friend pick up, instead of me)
Just Wow, they are so amazing here, it was no problem for them to fix and they were really nice about it. They happily addressed the issue perfectly in a 1 minute phone call.

We frequent this Walgreens quite a bit. We pass it every day leaving and coming home. Walgreens, for the most part, has all the things we might need if we don’t want to hit the grocery store, which is a couple more miles up Highway 65. We normally go there to grab snacks, over the counter medication. It is convenient when we have to go there when it’s a little late. The are open until 10:00 pm which makes it very convenient for late night things. The staff is very accomodating and we’ve had nothing but great experiences here.

Super nice customer service and I love to get the holiday candy the day after the holiday! My wife got some awesome valentines candy on the 15th! Seriously though, they have a cool clearance section and it’s convenient. Love it.

I visit this walgreens fairly often to pickup prescriptions. The pharmacy staff is pleasant and knowledgable. It is very nice to be greeted by name. The selection throughout the store is better than most drug stores and the pricing is about right for the quality.

I visited this Walgreens to find Ping-​Pong balls or sometimes known as Table-​Tennis Balls to play Beer Pong for my brother’s 30th Birthday. They didn’t have them here but the super-​friendly staff knew exactly where I could find them, and they went out of their way to give me directions to help save me time, since I was already late for the party. I gave them four stars because of their friendly and helpful employees. I would have given them five if they had what I was looking for. :)

I picked up my prescriptions today. They were fast, friendly, and made sure I knew how to use my inhaler. On my walk out the doors, the woman at the counter saw my family and I leaving and she didn’t acknowledge us at all. In fact, she turned her head the other way as we were walking out as if she did it purposely. Great job pharmacy!!!

Worst pharmacy service EVER! Only one person in line and four cars in drive thru, one pharmacist and the store assistant manager finally came and helped out, but she did not know how to input customer data into the system. A 5 minute pickup transaction in your average pharmacy (which includes wait time) took them 20. Hope I never have to go back for a specially compounded script again!
