MK Asset Management

My apartment is beautiful new and well kept. The building is clean and well kept. Any issue I’ve had has been addressed quickly and properly. Jared is really awesome. Any time I have had a problem or issue or even just a question he addressed it right away. I would definitely recommend MK asset to friends and family. Jared has really left a lasting impression. I am not just a faceless renter with this company. I’ve contacted him in a panic at odd hours and he was helpful polite and caring. He also followed up later just to make sure we were OK. I would sign another lease with these guys in a heart beat I was referred to MK Asset by a stranger while searching for an apartment in my neighborhood. She stopped me and highly recommend them as she was currently renting from them. All the ways she complimented them I have found to be true.

Totally disappointed with this Management group. The apartment itself is very nice, but the building has several issues that are either slowly addressed or not addressed at all. To add insult to injury They can be out and rude when addressing issues and get offended if you inquire about issues.
I feel I was duped into the property would not recommend anyone doing business with this group. I am not alone in my displeasure many other tenants share the same sentiment.

I am not happy with my decision to move to an MK Asset property. The apartment itself is nice, but I have to email multiple times to get something fixed if broken. The apartment is not kept very nice-​there is trash on the front lawn and the stairs are not vacuumed regularly. Our buzzer has been broken, so we haven’t had our mail delivered for five days. It’s such a beautiful property and it’s a shame that it’s not kept very nice.
Not great customer service.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with this company. I moved from Detroit to Chicago a lil bit ago, and the property manager, Jared, is always there to assist me. I am currently living at my second condo being rented from the same property management. The space I am in right now is beautiful. All brand-​new appliances, beautiful hardwood flooring, and the balcony to a beautiful view. Jared is not just my landlord, he’s also became a friend. They will always be my go to people to get a place!
