I don’t know why kfc has a hard time getting orders right. I gave them one more chance after the ladt 2 scew ups… i waited 15 mins for hot wings and then told I had to wait 10 more mins for hot wings. I just asked for my money back.
But it seems like all the kfc’s have issues in customer ratings around here? I know it’s not a high paying career but shouldn’t it be expected to get what you ordered?

We were hungry for chicken and mashed potatoes, chicken was not bad, but they had no tinsel’s to eat our mashed potatoes I can’t believe this, no spoons no forks for our mashed potatoes we had to go next-​door to the gas station corner store for a spoon thank you people at the gas station
PS I would not give them a star but I had to finish this

First, i ordered 15 species of grilled chicken. The lady told me there were only 9 species available if i want to wait and i said yes. She asked me if i want to order combo and its only 15 dollars, but she didnt tell me how many species of grilled chicken in a combo. I thought it would be 15 species but in reality just 10 species and they made me wait 20 minutes for just 1 grilled chicken. i was so pissed i told them i will get one species of fried chicken and leave instead of wait for 20 minutes. when i got home, i notices there were only 5 spcies of grilled and the rest werefried chicken. bad employees with unskillful communication. i will not come back to that store

I absolutely love KFC but definitely not this one. I asked for Mac n Cheese and I ended up having mashed potatoes. My food was cold as if it’s been sitting for 30 – 45 mins. I don’t think I’ll be going back.

Not a lot to say. Food is poorly prepared, the last time we ordered hot wings we got TWO of the little end wing pieces included as wings. Just a soggy, greasy, crazy expensive hot mess. Find another outlet if you really want KFC.

Bad decision! Extra crispy was not, rolls/​biscuits were hard not soft, potatoes normal, gravy cold, tea was day old tasting and Coleslaw was great. Understaffed, no leader and we most likely will not be back. Should have gone to Popeyes.

Have lived in this area for close to 10 years now. This by far is the worst KFC I’ve been to. Quality of food is always inconsistent and usually on the bad side. Take the extra time and go to the one on Dysart and Van Buren.

Not a bad KFC as far as these thing go. Sometimes you just want something bad. It takes a bit longer than some other fast food places but that’s because they’re frying it up fresh right?
Really no issues here and it’s not fine dining but, the heart wants what it wants right?

Went to KFC for dinner since Burger King doesn’t have chicken fries anymore. They were pretty busy so we had to wait a few minutes to order. I asked for the Original Recipe Bites with mac & cheese. The girl at the counter said there would be a wait for the bites and we said that was fine. We only had to wait about 4 minutes though. Surprisingly the bites weren’t very warm, but they were juicy at least. The mac & cheese was good, although I think they skimped a bit and could’ve filled up the bowl some more. They have weird sporks. They look like little shovels with teeth. Also the workers here always seem a bit disjointed and they are always out of something. Every time. Without fail. But we still like coming here for the simple comfort food.

My experience was through the drive-​thru. I was immediately greeted and my food was prepared/​packed right away. The lady at the drive-​thru window was friendly and my order was accurate. I came home to hot pipping chicken with some sides. The quality of the food was good for the price. There are many value meal options to choose from.
