I really would give them no stars. Service was lousy and they lost the personal touch with customers. Management needs to step back. Horrible service

The nail salon is very clean and the nail techs are friendly. The cheapest pedicure is $ 21. They have a HUGE selection of nail polish colors to choose from. I usually bring my own. They are next to Albertson’s, so super convenient if you need to run some errands.

I will not be returning to this salon. I went in for a gel manicure and I asked for 4 different colors. I wanted 4 of my nails in a different color of nail polish, except for 2 that would be same color. I didn’t want a design or anything special – JUST a regular polish using different singular colors. When I went to pay, the lady charged me additional for what she called «design charge» because I used more four colors although those four colors were not used on every nail. This additional charge was not mentioned to me prior to the mani, otherwise, I would have not gotten my nails done there. I find this ridiculous because she didn’t design anything on my nail. More importantly, I had just complained about the large space between the color and the edge of my nail. Especially since I told her (when she first started) that while I understand that she can’t paint touching the skin around my nail, that I wanted it as close as possible. Her response to my complaint was that she sees the space is a little larger than usual on some nails, and that she would do it better next time.
Although this was not the first time that I am unhappy with the service, I continued to go because it is conveniently close to my house. However, today’s events sealed the deal for me and I will not be a returning customer.

I am always happy when I get my nails here. I actually don’t live in AZ, but frequently get my nails done here when I’m in town. In fact, this is the only place I’ll go when I’m in AZ. They are VERY clean and even have liners in the tubs for extra cleanliness. They are a bit on the pricey side. But, other than that, they are fantastic.

This place is very nice. I used to go to a school nail place for my nails but lately I wanted to venture out and see if maybe there might be a place to go that wasn’t scary. I went on Saturday January 3^rd because of a recommendation from a friend. It’s a cute and nice little place. The ladies seem very funny and shy except for an auntie that is very verbal and funny as well.

Another con I had if it is one would be wrongly quoted on the phone. The lady that answers always just says yes but when you get here be careful and check over prices and make sure you are being quoted right. I had called and spoke to a lady and asked how much a gel manicure was and I was told 25 $ and I asked if it was alright to get glitter or have one nail different and french tip the lady kept saying «yes yes yes 25 $ only we don’t charge for different nail color on nails or French tip it’s not extra» so I was under the impression that 25 $ covers french tip and glitter and if I wanted 1 nail a different color they would but it’s not. Any design you get they would charge 30 $
I just got basic black top french with some glitter the lady told me that because I wanted glitter it would be a design and designs costs extra so that is why mines is 30 $ not 25 $ like I was quoted.
Another con was the little spaces they have to work with as I sat in the first desk RIGHT by the register other clients kept bumping into me and they don’t care they want to pay and leave but what about me? I’m still getting my nails done too. So my recommendation would be try to avoid that first desk and get one near the middle or back.

This place is really NICE and VERY VERY VERY CLEAN (upscale). I think they do an amazing job, I like it here and would definitely recommend if you live on this side of town. I’m originally from the east valley and I think this place is extremely cheaper compared to what I am use to paying I will definitely return. There’s a really young looking nail tech who did my pedi she looks like a doll. She did an AMAZING job usually the pretty ones never do your feet really good when you go to these places it’s usually the men that do the best on your feet.

I love this nail saloon. I have been to many other salons and this place is clean with exceptionally friendly staff. The employees know me by name when i come in and they always try to make sure you are comfortable. I have not had one bad incident with this place! I even moved to west phoenix and i still come to this nail salon because the girls are so great. Amy is the owner. she is sweet bubbly and always welcomes you as you enter. LOVE this place! :)

Very nice girls working but poor massage, products and feet are still rough after paying $ 31 for a high level pedicure.

Came in after I was done grocery shopping. My sister-​in-​law came to get a mani/​pedi. They have something displayed on the window saying, «Free eyebrow wax with over $ 45 spent». My SIL’s bill was well over that amount and she didn’t need an eyebrow wax. She asked if I can have it and it was very nice of them to let me have it since I am growing some mean caterpillars! The lady that took me back was soooo not friendly. Probably because it was a free waxing. I was thinking…‘relax!!! You’re gonna get a fatty tip anyway!!!’…she took me to the room, didn’t even shut the door, was short and rude. She then told me to lay back and then proceeded place the wax on my brows. Holy cow was it hot!!! What a stupid rude lady. I told just to clean them up! No shaping!!! She then drops hot wax like right on top of my eyelid. She’s just gobbling the wax on without even seeing if my eye was closed. She almost got inside my eyeball! All hell would’ve broken loose! She then finished and was like… okay done you can go. What the hell!!! Do I look 16?!! I wanted to slap her lol. Her station is right behind the cashier btw. I then gave her a tip and she was def one ungrateful biatch!
